Fabrication workers

Location : Lonsdale

Rate $ 31.19 per hour to $40.55 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)

Hours Day / Night Shift (10-hour shifts, paid 9.5 as they have half an hour off for lunch), 4 day work week

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours)
• Good upper-body strength and overall physical fitness
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and drawings

Role Responsibilities:

• Laminating and manufacturing fiberglass products
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Sanding and surface preparation
• Grinding and finishing work on fiberglass components

• Production experience is preferred, however having Laboring or trade assistant experience would also be of benefit, Full training given so fabrication experience is not required
• Fork Lift positions available
• Candidates must have full work rights for ongoing role
• Reliable transport essential for shifts due to start/ finish times and the location of the job
